PA Pairs: Two Hearts, One Calling - Knaley & Harvey

Meet the PA Pair: Rebecca Knaley, PA-C, MSPAS, and Aaron Harvey, PA-C, MSPAS

Rebecca is a Women’s Health PA with experience in obstetrics in Cleveland and now in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in Cincinnati. She loves helping patients build their families and finds immense professional satisfaction in performing pregnancy ultrasounds after an infertility journey.

Aaron has spent most of his career in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a brief time as a nocturnist at UC Medical Center. He enjoys treating both acute injuries and chronic orthopedic conditions and strives to help people maximize their health, both mentally and physically.

Tell us your PA Pair story!

We met in PA school in Cleveland. We started out as study buddies and our relationship quickly developed from there. We dated throughout PA school and moved cities together after graduating. We recently we got engaged in Italy!

What is the most rewarding aspect of having the same profession?

Having someone who you come home to after work that can relate to the great days at work and the stressful days at work and support you the same.

What is the most challenging aspect of having the same profession?

Sometimes our shifts or work schedules don't line up perfectly and we don't see each other all day.

What do you like to do together when you aren't talking shop?

We love the little things like going to the gym together before work and our favorite thing to do together is traveling. We recently got back from a big European adventure!
